Something new from me
I am going to try and create something interesting for my subscribers. I always try to 'walk my talk' so to speak and I attempt to try everything I have recommended to my clients including the lab tests, vitamins and supplements and exercise techniques. I read the books that my clients read and spend hours each day researching ideas for the best way to chart and maintain a healthy course for my own life and the lives of my family.
In this category of blogs, I am going to talk about my own habits, healthy or not (hopefully the former) so you can see what pursuit of healthy looks like to a doctor.
